An obese person is often not able to burn off that extra fat, thus putting on even more fat.

Not exercising is also another cause of obesity. This occurs because people make bad lifestyle choices, including taking on too much work or too little exercise. The next step is to begin eating a low-fat dairy products. Try to find low-fat milk and yogurt. Also, try to drink lots of water in order to flush the toxins out of your body, and to help you stay healthy and fit.
